 The Katahdin Classic Cello Cradle has a lathe turned shaft which provides a sense of heritage and elegance. A sliding wooden safety peg through the mouth of the yoke harbors the neck of your instrument securely in place. Soundbox pads, inner yoke radius, and lower shaft are felt covered to protect your cello. Shaft angle adjusts to properly rest soundbox against pads. A bow hook is provided at the rear of the shaft. The cello cradle is crafted from cherry with a hand-rubbed finish which measurably complements your instrument.
